Urgent help needed: Error connecting to Data Sources through On premise Gateway

Hi Community,

Since yesterday we are getting the following error and scheduled data refreshes have stopped as the connection to data sources is failing:

The on-premises data gateway's service account failed to impersonate the user.

We have enterprise On premise Gateway and gateway service account is added to "impersonate a client after authentication"

Any suggestions to fix this error?

workaround1:
First check whether the gateway used is the latest version. If not, download the latest version on the official website.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide specific screenshots of the steps of using the gateway to connect to the data source, so that I can do further testing.
