Urgent! Share dashboard can not see dataset

Dear all,

I shared my report to the people who have access to this dashboard. Have the user can open the dashbaord but no content. like below Any idea to solve this?

Hi @xiumi_hou ,

You can try these points to troubleshoot it.

1.Try sharing it with internal users and check if they can see everything.

2.Doing browser refresh.

3.Check that RLS if isn't enabled on the dataset.

4. Make sure that if you are using any Pro features that the end users also have a Pro license(Not the "Pro Trial", because that acts like a full license for a limited time).
