Upper and Lower Bounds are the same

I created a simple line chart, added forcasting and no matter how many datapoints I have, the upper and lower bounds are always the same.

I know it's not much to go on, but any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

It is a simple dollars by time.

Thanks, but I figured it out. I had it rolled up too far. Once I drilled down I got the Upper/Lower range.
