Updating parameter at user level

I have a report, when we enter a number in  Number of employees area, the calculations changes.

I have published the report in Power Bi service. Now when a user enters the number of employees, the calculations change but only for his view. After the schedule refresh time, it comes back to what the default number I had set in the report.

How can I make the field as such that when the user changes it, it saves what the user had input?

The same report in published in Microsoft teams, so I want the situation where the uder changes the number of employees and it reflects whereever the same report is published.

@learner03 , I have noticed user value remains there unless reset. But I doubt there is an option to save.

There is a personalization option, but I am not sure that can solve your purpose

@learner03 , refresh is kind of reset in power bi service. so that is why it reset the number. I doubt if you are not in edit mode you can save the value.

@amitchandak I can change and save the value, but how can the user change and the value gets saved?
