Updating Data with a Flat File (.csv) / Direct "Refresh" to another location

As an interim solution I am using a flat file, which daily needs to be uploaded to update the data in Power BI.

When using the Refresh button on the ribbon, it successfully uploads the new file from my desktop.  Is it possible to change the location where Power BI looks for the file, so it pointed "Away" from the desktop.

I am not at a point that I am ready to fully automate the solution.

Thanks.
