Updated to V 2.93.981 and my calculated column no longer works

I updated my version calculated column does not work, I go back and install the prior version and it works again.

I have a Main table (MT) and Relationship table (RT) connected as a MT -many to RT - one connection. If I pull two columns to a table/matrix it makes the connection and provides the data with no issues. My calculated column on my MT is Age = if(related(RT[age]) = "1", "New", "Old"), this worked fine until I upgrated and now I have an error "the column 'RT[Age]' either dosen't exist or doesn't have a relationship to any table avaiable in the current context".

This is a direct query and need a solution to make this work again. Thanks!

Hi, @Kenbersani ;

By description ,You could use this LOOKUPVALUE() replaces RELATED() as follows:

Age= IF(LOOKUPVALUE(RT[age],'RT'[relatecolumn],'MT'[relatecolumn])=1,"New","Old")

Or you could try to change the DQ mode to import to see if it works.

Hi @Kenbersani !

Please reverify, when you upgrade to newer version, did the relationship lost or modified, you can try to create a relationship again & see if it works. There might be possible data issue which is ignored in previous version.

Also try to work with sample data and see if it works on newer version, you may post some sample data here if you want us to give it a try.

Regards,

Hasham
