Update Data - Sequential number as a parameter

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to update the power bi using the last transaction sequential number as a parameter?

I am working in one project that using data with trillions of line and we a get the transactions from an API. I need to find one solution to update the data using the last sequential number. I mean, the API needs to see on power bi the last sequential number and update the data from this sequential. For example, I have a finance transaction table with some columns:

Company Name | value | qty | sequential number
COMPANYPOWERBI | $10 | 100| 12020

When the power bi refresh, it needs to update the data just using the last sequence number which in this case is 12021.

Can you please help me?
Thanks

Hi @fabiolamelo ,

Based on your description, you can create a query like this to get the latest value in power query:

= Table.SelectRows(#"Changed Type", each [Sequential number] = List.Max(#"Changed Type"[Sequential number]))

Attached a sample file in the below, hopes to help you.
