Up/Down Arrows with green and red colors

I have a measure with value. The visulization should display green up arrow when measure is having positive values. Otherwise, visluliazation should display red down arrow with negative values.

 

Can anyone suggest the visulization for above requirement ?

You could potentially use SVG as in this Quick Measure:
