Hi all, I'm a PowerBI beginner. I have an unpivoted data table that is structured like this:
Project Name | Revenue Quarter | Revenue Value | Margin Quarter | Margin Value |
ABC | 03/1/2021 | 123 | 03/1/2021 | 100 |
DEF | 06/1/2021 | 456 | 06/1/2021 | 400 |
GHI | 09/1/2021 | 789 | 09/1/2021 | 700 |
JKL | 12/1/2021 | 112 | 12/1/2021 | 100 |
Now because it's unpivoted, each of these rows is actually repeated multiple times. When I try to make combination graphs with two columns, then the second one I add always shows up as a constant number.
(The dark blue column has the exact same value even though it should vary like the light blue column)
Or like this:
It seems like it's just summing all the numbers from one date, instead of collecting from each quarter like I would expect.
Here's a real picture of the data table if it helps: (this is all from the first project)

@sidn , Create a common date table and join it with both dates. One join will be inactive which you can activate using userelationship
use date /date period from common date table in visuals
