Union of 2 columns from a single table

I have a table with 4 cols:

Col1 Col2 Col3 Col4

Val1  Val2 Val3 Val4

Val5  Val6 Val7 Val8

I want to to create a new column which has values from Col2 and col3:

ie. NewCol

    Val2

    Val3

    Val6

    Val7

Is this possible?

Hi Vanessa,

You can do this in the Query Editor.

- Connect to your table

- Remove Col1 and Col4

- Select Col2 and Col3, and do the Unpivot transformation.

- Then remove the first column (which contains multiple times "Col2" and "Col3")

- The remaining column contains your values.
