Unalbe to connect to Adobe Analytics

Hi All,

I'm trying to connect Power BI with my Adobe Analytics account.

But it shows：

 Details: "The field 'org_companies' of the record wasn't found."

I re-installed and tried several times. The issue remains.

I'm sure the I have been granted the access.

Any one know had similiar experience before? Can anyone please tell me what should I do with this?

Adobe Analystics has a set of APIs, what exactly API(s) you'd like to call in M Query? You can test at https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/api-explorer.

Hi,

Which API should I choose if I want to get connected with Power BI?

I chose "Data Sources" and "Get" or "Upload Data" as method.

And it shows:

"error": "Bad Request",
"error_description": "Unable to validate authentication.",
"error_uri": null
}

as response.....

Is there any guidance I can follow to solve this?

Hi @yhuang,

You should have valid Adobe Analytics Marketing Cloud account to establish connection b/w Adobe A & POwer BI Service.

To connect via Power Bi Service, please follow this link for more details : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-connect-to-adobe-analytics

If you are still encountering above issue then try establishing connection using Power Bi Desktop, by following this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-connect-adobe-analytics.
