Unable to summarize the matrix table column same values in the cell (DAX)

Hi,

I have a final matrix table combining two tables. Is it possible to summarize the matrix table column(Vendor Main Account Meas) same values in a cell.

Please try to create a measure by using 'SUM' to calculate the sum of [Customer Amount].

Actually these multiple  customer amounts are in a single cell. Like that we have multiple customer amounts, Customer Main accounts,vendor Mainaccounts and vendor amounts. How can we summarize this by Customer main accounts and vendor main accounts.
