Unable to sum a column

Hi Everyone,

I'm unable to get a column to produce a total (sum). I noticed the field is set to don't summarize for default summarization, but the sum option is grayed out. I also checked in excel and all my columns are set to the number format and only one specific column is causing the issue. 

Any guidance?

Have you checked on Power BI the datatype ?

It's set to decimal number same as the other columns.
