Unable to start Power BI Desktop. We weren't able to connect to the model

Hello, I downloaded PBI on 24th June 2018. I am unable to start the application

My system information is following listed.

OS - Windows 7 Ultimate (64 Bit)

RAM - 8 GB

Hi @NavinSinghsays,

 

Please try both 32-bit and 64-bit version of desktop on your machine. Then, try the suggestions I mentioned in this thread. If none can resolve your problem, you may need to create a support ticket for further analysis.

The 32-bit version is working fine. Thank you
