Unable to sort matrix

I have a matrix with 2 columns in the rows section, 1 column in the columns section and 3 columns in the values section. I attempted to sort the matrix in ascending order with the 2nd level row. However, it is still sorted by the 1st level row. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hi @busybee

Go to Transform data, sort "user" column (the 2 rd column in row) on ascending,

then add an index column from 1,

Group rows as below, then expand columns and rename them

since  every 1st column in row has many diffrent 2 rd column in row,(one part has many  users), i use the first user as index to order part.

then close&&apply, matrix as below:

@busybee , Matrix can only be sorted one column. and you using column (Pivot), then you can only sort on grand total column of the values.

I set the matrix to sort by the 2nd column in the rows section in ascending order. However, the matrix is still sorted by the 1st column in the rows section. Is it not possible to sort the matrix by the 2nd column?
