It was an issue with the browser. Once we made internet explorer the defualt browser and reset the settings for internet explorer it started working again. We use chrome so it took awhile to figure out. Hope this helps you.
See my prior posts in this thread. It was an issue with my work 365 account being locked out for some reason. My admin had to unlock my account and reset my password before I could log back in.

I try to signin into Power BI from the Desktop app in another computer
I enter my email and password BUT I get an error stating that either the user or password is incorrect.
I try to change my password but it says my ID does not exist
It doesn´t make sense because I am already logged in in my computer and cell phone with that ID.
