Unable to share outside of organisation

Hello, 

I want to share a report with an email adress outside of my organisation. We both have a Power BI PRO licence. On my account, the setting to share outside of organization is enabled. However, when I try to share it, it is written "successful" but no email is sent and it is not working. (Even the link is not working)

Hi @Anonymous ,

You need add this external user as a guest in the Azure Active Directory. You can refer to this document:

I am having the same issue. I am unsure if I need to create an Azure account to be able to use the above solution?
