Unable to schedule OneDrive refresh on Power BI report

I am using Flatly to connect FreshDesk data (csv format) to OneDrive for Business. My goal is to use the automatic (hourly) refresh option for OneDrive, but it will not show up as an option. Is this not an option anymore?
