Unable to open document - is corrupt or an invalid report file

Good Afternoon,

Been working in these files for months, appears power BI updated last night and now If I download a pbix, it will open, if I save the Pbix with no changes, close and reopen, I get the error "Unable to open document - is corrupt or an invalid report file".  Anyone know a fix for this?  I am afraid to open any of my other files

Files are a direct connection to a power BI data set.

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling July, uninstalling and reinstalling june and May to no avail.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appriciated
