Unable to open a visual in powerBI Desktop

Hi,

I download a new visual, I imported into the powerBI desktop and when trying to use it on an existing report I got an error saying that "The version of PowerBI Desktop does not upport this custom visual". Then I realized about a message in the right lower corner saying "UPDATE AVAILABLE". I clicked there, download the latest version, install it and the same message of update available appears.

Any suggestion to get the latest version and avoid that message?

What version of your Power BI Desktop? You could find you Version information under File —— Help——About.

And What custom visual you want to use in Power BI?
