Unable to login with ArcGis MAPs visual

Hi , 

Im facing an issue while trying to use  ArcGis visual. error occurs after I try to login to my ArcGis online account using the ArcGis visual.  Whenever enter my account credentials and click sign in. The authentication page disappears and  I get an error that  says " common.publicAccount" below is a screen shot 

I'm using Decembers release. and had the same issue on October's release. Never tried to login using older releases.

Please help.

Hi @mzs1988 ,

I have reproduced your issue. However, the feedback I got from PG was : this issue was solved on this thread by upgrading PBI desktop version. Currently need to collect your logs for further research. I do not have permission to collect logs, suggest you open a support ticket. And then  an engineer will study it one-on-one. If you need to use it at the moment, we recommend returning the October version.
