Unable to load model.

Hi Everyone,

 

Could please tell me, what can I do to a person on the business be able to open the report?

She was able to access to it before, but for some reason the issue perssists even after removed and granted access to her again.

@RenataOGardner You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

Hi team, 

 

I'm unable to load some reports I've been granted access to. I include the details for further support if anyone can help. Thanks in advance.

Hi @RenataOGardner ,

 

In addition to the suggestions by @Greg_Deckler, I faced similar problem sometime back and I resolved it by opening my report in Power BI Desktop tool and re-publishing it to the workspace in Power BI Service.

 

Just make sure following before re-publishing:

  • You have latest Power BI Desktop
  • You have cleared all the cache in Power BI
