Unable to get data from Microsoft Outlook mailbox

I am running the current 64 bit version and get the following error when trying to input data from a microsoft outlook mailbox.  I did not have this problem with the 32 bit version of PBI.

I test on power bi desktop 2.42.4611.701 64-bit (January 2017) with Microsoft exchange and Microsoft exchange online source, I haven't faced your issue, can you share some detail content about your operations?
