I'm connecting SQL Server with PowerBI via Direct Query.
I have a Table in a report which gets data from a dimension and fact table with a one-to-many bidrectional relationship.
The issue is, in the 'Visual Level Filters' section, I'm not able to filter values for some of the fields from the dimension table.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi hvan-user2,
I just tested at my side, and didn't encounter the issue you mentioned. Connecting to SQL server Analysis Service with Direct Query.
I suspect this should be mostly related with the data type in your data model. Please take a try to enable Tracing in Power BI desktop, see if we could get any further helpful information from the trace log.
File -> Options & Settings -> Options->Global->Diagnostics, check the tracing
And upload the trace log into OneDrive, then post the shared link here.
