when I'm fetching new custom visuals I'm getting the below error popup.
your request has been blocked if you think this request should not be blocked please contact us at marketplace-ls@microsoft.com
Could you please anyone help me in this.

What type of custom visual are you working on? (you can contact the visual author to confirm if this visual references any external resources) Does any policy or firewall rule enable on your domain network that may block the custom visual request?

I checked it is working for me.
1. Send a mail and also log an issue - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
before that, if you checked this option, uncheck that and try -> Under options and setting -> preview feature
-> web page connector
On other ticket , by changing network user was able to connect

Tried with all options which you provided and sent a mail to Microsoft to this mail ID marketplace-ls@microsoft.com but unfortunately wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
