Hi @Tanuja_PBI

What kind of credential did you choose to connect to SQL, windows, database or microsoft account?

1. Please check whether the account you use in yoru credential has access to SQL currently.

2. Please check Encrypt Connections in your Data Source Setting. If it is checked, uncheck it and try again.

File->Options and Settings -> Data Source Settings, choose your SQL Server data source and select Edit and uncheck "Encrypt Connections" option.
