Unable to connect to Sharepoint List

Hello Power BI Team,

I am unable to connect to sharepoint list, under get data i selected the "SharePoint List" option and pasted the the root URL of sharepoint site.

I want to load all the list which i can see under "Site Content" option of sharepoint.

But I am getting below error, Request you to let me know the possible reason for this error so that i can resolve it.

"Details: "Microsoft.Mashup.Engine1.Library.Resources.HttpResource: Request failed:
OData Version: 3 and 4, Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. (Not Found)
OData Version: 4, Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. (Not Found)
OData Version: 3, Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. (Not Found)"

Could please provide the URL? Gennerayll, we will get this issue by using a URL like
https://microsoft.sharepoint.com/teams/SAMPLEWeb/Lists/SAMPLE%20Calendar/

In this case, we need to truncate to the URL ending just before /Lists

https://microsoft.sharepoint.com/teams/SAMPLEWeb/

Hello Charlie,

I truncated the URL and tried connecting using advance editor as you suggested & still getting error, I have attached the screenshot of the error.

Also there is one strange situation:

I am trying to connect to sharepoint list available on sharepoint site name such as "A" and getting attached error but I am able to connect to sharepoint List available on sharepoint site name such as "B" and this site is the subsite of "A".

In Gnereal if i am able to connect to Child site then I should be able to connect parent site , right?

I am also unable to connect/get data from the list of parent and child site but able to connect the list of chile site.

Any Body know why its happening and any solutions ?

I was getting the same error trying to :

https://myOrganization.sharepoint.com/sites/Customers

Based on the reply of the moderator, notice the new url has a "/" and the end:

https://myOrganization.sharepoint.com/sites/Customers/
