Unable to connect to ODBC due to HiveError

Hi ,

While trying to connect to the Hive DB via ODBC  connection,  I am getting the following error.

 

Details: "ODBC: ERROR [HY000] [Hortonworks][HiveODBC] (34) Error from Hive: connect() failed: errno = 10060.
ERROR [HY000] [Hortonworks][HiveODBC] (34) Error from Hive: connect() failed: errno = 10060."

 

Please help!

    Please check the firewall and then test if odbc can connect successfully.
