We recently upgraded our D365 to v9. I can connect a new Power BI report to this environment using = OData.Feed("https://nebraskalink1.api.crm.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.0/")
but I am unable to update to this connection on my current reports.
Do I have to start from scratch again, or is there a way to update the connection I already have?

I ended up opening a ticket with Microsoft Support. The new API model for v9 to use is
= OData.Feed("https://d365_instance.api.crm3.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.0", null, [Implementation="2.0"])
This connected successfully. Unfortunately once I connected I ran into this issue
(400) Bad Request. (Number of calculated fields in query exceeded maximum limit of 10.)
I ended up rebuilding my report from scratch.
Clear permissions in data source settings and try the latest version of Power BI Desktop.
