Unable to Start Power BI Desktop (We weren't able to connect to the model)_problem

Hello

I have problem with power bi desktop I uniinstalled August

Installed September -same problem

Version 64 bit Polish and english version-same problem

I have windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit.

The problem appeared at the time of windows update a few days ago

Could you help me with this problem

Hi @pwoznick,

Did you see any error message when attempting to launch the Power BI desktop? After updating your windows system, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall Power BI desktop to see whether issue persist? Please check whether  the Windows update broked some other applications on your computer, or just Power BI. 

To troubleshoot this problem, please try:

• Launch Power BI desktop with Administrator.
• Try to start Power BI Desktop under Clean boot.
• Take a look at the Event Viewer for more error logs.
• Check whether issue is caused by gateway. Reference: Resolve Issues when Power BI Desktop will not launch

I uninstalled Power bi Desktop and Power Bi gateway and

• Launch Power BI desktop with Administrator.--
• Try to start Power BI Desktop under Clean boot.
• Take a look at the Event Viewer for more error logs.( i do not see any error logs.I installed last version Juny, August and same problem. After i install now version September english 64 bitand problem is the same.Best regards,

So, this problem only occurs to Desktop Sep version, right? Please try to install the 32-bit desktop for a test.
