Unable to Open Power BI since upgrading to April 2020 Power BI version

Hi,

Since upgrading to the April 2020 Power BI desktop I could not open one of my Power BI file as it keeps showing the following message. Please help as a lot of time and effort has been put into creating the report and I do not want to loose the file.

I tried to insert the picture here but I seem I cannot do it.

However, the message I am getting is 

Unable to open document

the file is corrupt or an invalid report file.
