Unable to Make ODBC Connection w/ Access

Hi there,

I am attempting to create an ODBC connection to Access and keep receiving the following message:

ODBC Error.PNG

I know you don't have to connect via ODBC but it's still something I would like to solve, thanks!

Hi @Anonymous,

That's an ODBC error. I'm afraid you still get it if you connect it with other tools like Excel. Please refer to fix-setting-of-connection-attribute-fails-when-you-use-connection-pool for the solution. I also have some suggestions.

1. Use the System DSN first.

2. Try to test it with other tools.
