Unable to Connect SAP BW

Hi, I m trying to connect with SAP BW and getting following error:

 Unable to Connect
We encountered an error while trying to connect
Details: " SAP Business Warehouse : RfcInvoke failed
(RFC_ABAP_RUNTIME_FAILURE): DBSQl_SQL_ERROR"

Please guide what is an issue and how to fix it.

5. Make sure that Your Basis Administrator has disabled the Single Sign On option for your user account and enabled the Logon using Username/Password option.
