Unable To move from Free to PRO Version POWERBI

When trying to share "share" my report un my workspace within powerbi.com I get the following generic "need to upgrade window"

I've worked with our on-site Microsoft Admin, to allow me a pro subscription and remove the free trial. We've removed the free trial and it keeps "re-adding" itself to my subscriptions. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
