URGENT Help needed!! Measure reference is not working

Hi All-

Please find attached my power bi file.

I have created a new measure called Discounted Cash Flow (which is working perfectly fine) for 5 years. Now, I'm trying to do two things-

1) Show the total of the discounted cash flow measure (for 5 years) in a "Card".

2) Create another measure which can give me the sum of the total discounted cash flow so that I can divide the total with another measure.

Whenever I create a card with the existing discounted cash flow measure, it's giving me a wrong total.

Also not sure which DAX should I use to calculate the sum of the measure (for 5 years).

Added the file link here- https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ulh73VdSMsu0nMzVjzP47d7cdOxa9oXM/view?usp=sharing

Really appreciate your help.

Regards

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376

Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:

Hi @Greg_Deckler -

Thanks for the awesome solution.

I have created a measure (TotalDCF) as per your Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word article. But it still shows the same wrong total. I've added the version here. Will appreciate if you can share your idea.

Thanks

Pushing it forward again..

Appreciate your help.

I'm trying to implement your solution (Measure-Totals-The-Final-Word). But When I start building the

m_Total 1 =
VAR __table = SUMMARIZE('Discount Factor', []
My discounted cash flow measure name is not popping up here. Not sure why.
Thanks for your help. Appreciate it.

Sorry for the lame question- How to upload a file?

Hi @PoWeRBiUSERED ,

Save it on one drive, I right click on the file, and click share, copy the url, and paste it using the link symbol next to photos.

If this solves your issues, please mark it as the solution, so that others can find it easily. Kudos are nice too.
Nathaniel
