URGENT( HOW TO GET THE PERCENTAGE OF THE ROW IN THE TABLE)

Hi Power BI gurus, May I seek for your help for this item;

I want to ask regarding this formula where I want to get the percentage of the follow up status filter with the month( ex: 211/493 *100 = 42.8%), but what I get from this formula input is blank for this as I create the relationship many to many with the date table(date filter the table) and the many to many with section table(section filter the table) as the date table is connect with more tahn one table. What should I do to only get the percent of comply(<35 minutes) where there are more than 2 attributes so I cannot make <35 minutes, >35 minutes and No as 0,1,2 respectively to make the calculation.

This is what I want for the output

* the slicer I make is from different table that were link with cp6 table
