I would like to know if it is possible to do:
I have two tables

I WOULD LIKE TO GET
TABLE RESULT:

Yes, that is called a Cartesian Join, and the DAX CROSSJOIN function will do that for you.
EDIT: It is better to do this in Power Query if you can. If so, do this:
That will provide a "native" table to the DAX model without introducing extra work on the DAX engine.
DAX is for Analysis. Power Query is for Data Modeling
