I have two tables (let's say table A and B). I'm joining on a 1 to many relationship (many being table B and 1 being table A). I'm joining on a unique identifier in both. Table A has unique numbers that don't show in table B. In table B I'm using UNICHAR 10004 to create a checkmark, that I can then put in a graph and do a conditional format of text green or yellow to show whether it is a direct code cross or simliar code cross. However, when I use this checkmark column in my graph, it lists checkmarks for every item, even those from table A that don't join. Is there a way I can have this green or yellow checkmark appear for those that join, and show blank for those that didn't join?

Hi @dgilm33 ,
I suggest you to try this measure.
UNICHAR =
VAR _CATEGORY_B =
VALUES ( 'Table B'[Category] )
RETURN
IF ( MAX ( 'Table A'[Category] ) IN _CATEGORY_B, UNICHAR ( 10004 ), BLANK () )
My Sample:
Result is as below.

I have a column (called Conditional Format) in table B that shows 1 if the cross is Direct and 2 if it is similar. Then in the conditional format-Font color I am using Gradient, Values Only, doing a minimum of Conditional format column, formatting empty values as 0, and 1 is green and 2 is yellow.
