and I would like to have a table 3 with line table 1 / nbr trafic table 2

@firstligth62 add a new measure with following expression
Re = DIVIDE( COUNTROWS( Table1 ), SUM( Table2[Nbr Traffice ) )
Add a table visual and put Date, Line and Re from Table2

If you need as a new table. Please create the dulipcate of table 1 and merge the table 2 with duplicate table. Expand the columns and create the Calculate column as above it would work out.
