Two columns with extra row

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it's possible to create a table with two columns with an extra row. I already have the following table:

Countries+RemainingCountries = UNION(VALUES('Population'[Country]), ROW("Countries", "Remaining Countries"))
I want to add the column Countries[Flag] to this formula, with also an extra row with "No flags for several countries".
How can this be done?

Hey @Jpbi94 ,

I have to admit that I do not fully understand your requirement, but maybe the following article is helpful: Filtering the top products alongside the other products in Power BI - SQLBI
