Hey folks,
I feel like I am now a Level 1 expert at Power BI. I would like to hit level 2. I cant figure out how to start comparing trends in a good way. An example: I have all this customer data, and I want to conditionally format a matrix table based on sales growth compared to the previous month instead of just the number compared to all others in the table. Example below.
Or to widen the net... I could use a tutorial or video on comparing data over time. Its easy enough to look at a bar chart, but we really need to do a better job of alerting our sales reps to custoemrs whose sales are declining YOY or MOM. Since we are a very seasonal business, easily capturing YOY across hundreds of customers is huge.
Thanks for listening!
best,
Jesse
