Hi,
I am trying to show the previous year's same month column next to the latest month column in a matrix. Currently I only have 2 moths of data in PowerBI before I load all the data in after I finish the visualization and dax. The data will update monthly with a new month being introduced.
This is what I am trying to make it look like. Any help would be appreciated.
You need have column like these in you date tbale
Month Year = FORMAT([Date],"mmm\'yy")
Month Year sort = FORMAT([Date],"mmYYYY")
Mark the month year sort column as the sort column of the month year and use that in visual
The sort column will give both Oct together
