Hi Community,
I am feeling stuck in calculating the sum of individual values grouped by two columns, each store has a maximum unit to sell, and a column of monthly sold units, each city has couple stores,
the max value is repeated in each record by store, I have to calculate the sum of all stores (as shown below), is there any formula that helps doing a customized sum instead of having summarizing the value in all records .
Thank you in advance.
You should be able to use a table or matrix visualization to break this down by city and then store. In a matrix, if you put two items in the Row area, then you can drill down from city to store using the forked arrow icon.
Hi Greg_Deckler
I did what you suggested me , but still getting the total of all repeated max values instead of sum of the unique max value of all stores
