Trying to add hyperlinks redirecting to dynamics 365 CRM opportunities in a treemap!

So, I'm completely new to this, and I need to add hyperlinks to opportunities in an online dynamics 365 CRM.

I have multiple tables and visualizations of data coming from that CRM, and I wanted to know if it was possible to add hyperlinks to a treemap representing different opportunities, so when you click on the name of the opportunity in the treemap, you're redirected to the opportunity page in he online CRM.

Help me!
