Trouble showing MoM % Change based on non-date table "Date"

Hello, I have multiple issues which I am seeking help with.   I will list them out below and can provide a sample .pbix file if needed.

Desired End Result -->  To show MoM % change based on "Claim Qty".  The MoM should be based on [Warranty,'Claim Date']. and should be able to be filtered based on [Sales,"Sale Date"] & [Warranty,'causal_pt"] & [Warranty,'State"].   Ultimately what I want to do is show the % increase month to month for claims on a specific causal pt from a specific state.
