After the Power BI Desktop/Service August update I can't add Trend Lines to line charts anymore when using SSAS Tabular as the data source. I can see the new Analytics section with Constant, Min, Max and Average but not Trend Line.
Has this been removed?

Hi @Anonymous,
Based on my test, it depends on what field you are using in X-Axis. The Trend Line option will not appear under Analytics if you drag a text type field into X-Axis, it shows up when you drag date type field or numeric type field into X-Axis.
Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
Seems Trend Lines option only appears when a Date field is being used, working now.
