Trend Line to display Grade and Date

Hi All,

 I need to create a trend line having Date on X-Axis and on Y-Axis the Grade of the  Project( Grade is A, B,C etc). from two different tables A and B. The value to display is the  Score  of the project .Is this achivable?

The above sample tables, has different grade scale (shown below) and i wanted to show  a trend for two tables  in a single area chart with Grades on Y-axis (can also represent grades with numbers, say A=10,B=20 and so on) and Date  on X axis.

 

Can somebody please help me or suggest me an idea to meet the above  urgent requirement.

If there is relationship between TableA and TableB? And could you please create fake sample table and list expected result for further analysis? It's hard to share detailed solution without sample table.
