Transpose some of the columns.

Hello guys,

On my data source, I have the top row is blank and in the second row, I have this highlighted information.

How could I group in PBI the columns under this NPV 01 Year? How could I add a new column with the respective years?

For example, the below. I need to have something like column J below.

I was thinking that after removing the top row, apply transpose but it didn't work. I can't change the data source (excel sheet) as the template cannot be changed.

Any help would be amazing!

Thanks!

Thank you so much for trying to help me with that. But after a lot of trying, I don't think it's possible to do what I want. We cannot transpose part of a table, unfortunately.

Hi @Anonymous ,

According to your description, are you trying to get the following conversion results in powerbi?

If not, can you provide a screenshot of the expected results and the test data so that I can answer your question as soon as possible.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Best Regards,
Henry
