Transpose Table in Paginated Report or in SQL

Hi, 

I am working on Paginated Report, Is it possible to transpose a table at the top to table below. In excel it is equal to transpose. 

Is it better to transpose in Paginated report or in SQL query itself. I would appreciate if you could share how this can be done in SQL as well as in Paginated Report.  Thanks

@Anonymous , use show on row in matrix visual . with the column as the product.

Thansk for your reply, I am talking about paginated report not Power BI Desktop. This report needs to pull data from  SQL DW and plotted in Power BI Paginated report. Thanks
