I have a data set that looks like this:
With 50 Teams and dates spanning from Jan 2019 up to March 2022. How do I include all the month and year in each column such as the number of hires, voluntary terminations, total terminations, headcount and percentage will have the month and year as header? so that I can just unpivot it later. Can I do it in powerquery or powerbi?

@Honne2021 , Not a good way to have raw data. You have unpivot the data to bring month on row and pivot again to get column
Thanks! Thats exactly what I did. I was hoping there was a better way of doing it. Thanks again.
